Pre-Registration is highly encouraged:
? Registration After May 2nd include a $5.00 Late fee
? Registration After May 2nd will not receive a disc in the players pack.
? Every Pre-Registered players will get a choice of disc’s to pick from. The earlier you sign up the more likely you are to get the disc of your choice.
? Online Registration will be available at www.discgolftour.com/turtlecreek/ in the upcoming weeks.
? Field will be Limited to 100 Competitors
? Must have 4 to make a Division(Others Divisions available than listed if enough competitors)
? There will be a $10 non-member fee for those who are not current PDGA Members

Directions
? From I-75 take exit 29 Monroe / Lebanon / 63 Exit, go East 3 miles
? Turn Left on 741 and go 2 miles
? Turn Right onto GreenTree Rd. Go .3 miles and turn right into the park

? From I-71 take exit 32, OH-123 toward Lebanon
? Stay on OH-123, it weaves around town in Lebanon
? Turn Left onto Greentree Rd. and turn left into the park

Tournament Perks and Notes:
? All Divisions will be paid out to approximately 50%
? All Amatuers will get to pick there prizes with funny money
? There will be limited Edition Crystal Buzzes and Crystal Avenger SS available on top of all the other disc’s listed in the Players pack choice’s.
? There will be added cash to the Open Women and Open Mens Division.
? There will be added prizes to the Amatuer Divisions
? There will be closest to the pin contests on multiple holes
? A $1 Ace fund is included in your entry.
